Text-to-Code ratio is the percentage of a web page that is actual text content. It is believed that Search Engines like that websites which have a high text to code ratio, which would help your SEO. There is no official definition of what a Text-to-Code ratio is. Text-to-Code ratio should lie between 15 to 50 percentages.
Linking is divided in three types for SEO Expert. In below table we can see the limit of various linking but in the case of “Internal Link & External Link” different search engine have different criteria so that you should take a limit based on your requirements but you must know about “Broken Link” i.e. your website must not have any “Broken Link”.
W3 Schools provide validator for check your HTML, XHTML or CSS documents, the validator returns a list of errors found, according to your chosen standard. A validator is a software program that can check your web pages against the web standards. Make sure you make it a habit to validate all your web pages before publishing. But it is not follow by all Search Engines, it is use for help to check your website according to w3 standards.

Optimize non-index able attribute like frames for speedup to load a webpage of your website. There must be no or very less use of flash or frames in the site.
